A 200 m² residence with an independent 60 m² guest house, conceived as a Mediterranean retreat of refined minimalism. Positioned within an olive grove and oriented toward the sea, the project integrates architectural clarity with natural materiality, balancing stone, timber, and glass. The scheme prioritizes environmental responsiveness, comfort, and spatial fluidity.
Architectural Concept
MIRSINI is designed as a synthesis of contemporary Mediterranean architecture and minimal geometries. The spatial organization is based on clean, linear volumes softened by natural stone and timber surfaces. The open-plan core of the main residence extends towards the 4 × 12 m eco-pool and verandas, creating a seamless dialogue between interior and exterior.
Spatial Program
The main residence features three master bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen with living area, pantry, basement with gym and laundry, and a roof terrace with spa. The independent 60 m² guest house expands the program, ensuring privacy and adaptability for seasonal or long-term stays.
