The villa consists of basement storages, laundry and cellar, 4 bedrooms on the ground floor, and a completely independent guest house on the upper floor accessed via external staircase.

The verandas are stone paved and wooden pergolas are designed for them to accommodate life under the summer sun. The pool sits on a lower level offering seclusiveness with unlimited sea view. White and blue shades infiltrate all materials from facades and windows to furniture, praising the timeless Greek colors.
